The policies, regulations, and procedures stated in this catalog are subject to change without prior notice, and changes become effective whenever the appropriate authorities so determine and may apply to both prospective students and those already enrolled. University policies are required to be consistent with policies adopted by the Board of Regents of The University of Texas System and are in compliance with state and federal laws.
Students are held individually responsible for meeting all requirements as determined by The University of Texas at San Antonio and The University of Texas System. Oct. 1, 2021: The College of Engineering and Integrated Design replaced the Colleges of Engineering, and Architecture, Construction and Planning.
Oct. 1, 2021: The Department of Integrative Biology, the Department of Molecular Microbiology and Immunology, and the Department of Neuroscience, Developmental and Regenerative Biology were added (replacing the Departments of Biology, and Environmental Sciences and Ecology).
Sept. 1, 2021: The M.S. in Geology were renamed to Geosciences.
Sept. 1, 2021: The Department of Geological Sciences was renamed Earth and Planetary Sciences.
